Delete your Palezero account

Applies to the Palezero mobile game (Android).

In the game

  1. Tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE (in Czech SMAZAT) and tap Delete for good.

The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. The game then starts over as a new player.

Without the game

Send an e-mail to (e-mail will be added) with your nickname. We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.

What gets deleted

Everything: the account, nickname, settlement, army, position on the map, battle reports, gameplay events, feedback and notification token. Nothing is kept.

Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Platí pro mobilní hru Palezero (Android).

Ve hře

  1. Klepni ve spodní liště na Profil.
  2. Klepni na Smazat účet.
  3. Napiš SMAZAT a klepni na Smazat navždy.

Účet se smaže hned a nelze ho obnovit. Hra pak začne znovu jako nový hráč.

Bez hry

Pošli e-mail na (e-mail doplníme) se svou přezdívkou. Účet smažeme do 30 dní a potvrdíme e-mailem.

Co se smaže

Vše: účet, přezdívka, osada, vojsko, místo na mapě, hlášení z bojů, herní události, zpětná vazba a token pro upozornění. Nic si nenecháváme.

Hlášení pádů ve Firebase Crashlytics nejsou spojená s účtem a mažou se automaticky po 90 dnech.
